Meridian Scholar Advisory ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of every visitor to educationandgrants.com and every family we work with. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into our contact form or share during a consultation.

- Client documents: if you become a client, we store the documents you share with us (transcripts, award letters, FAFSA outputs) in a private, access-controlled folder.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To improve the website, our resources, and our advisory process.
- To send occasional service emails (never sold, never rented).
How we protect it
We limit access to client information to Leonard Holcomb and vetted collaborators. Client files are stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud storage. We retain contact-form messages for up to 24 months and active-client files for up to 7 years after engagement ends, unless you request earlier deletion.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only when strictly necessary to provide our services (for example, with the encrypted storage provider we use for client documents) or when required by law.
Your choices
- You can decline optional cookies via the banner on your first visit.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can unsubscribe from any service email using the link at the bottom of the message.
Children
Our services often involve minors (high-school students), but we only correspond with a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
